Local breweries for beer, hard ciders, wines, whisky, vodka, and even mead give you ample choices for cocktails, and our chefs bring national experience to our local tables that satisfy all. Breakfast at Butter Cafe
“Life is Better with Butter” is what this cozy and popular breakfast restaurant in Victor likes to say, and by the steady stream of both locals and travelers to our area, you can tell that many agree. Step into the cozy interior filled with local art, or sit outside in warm weather, and get ready to experience some of the best breakfast eats in the area.
Butter uses as much locally-produced items as possible, which adds to the yum factor of their menu. They serve fresh coffee from Doma, of Post Falls, Idaho and fresh-squeezed orange juice from nearby Broulims. Croissants are baked fresh daily using dough from Gaston's in Boise and local pastries fill the case that greets you when you walk in the front door. In addition much of the butter, dairy, and produce is sourced from Idaho and Utah.
Griddle favorites pancakes and French toast often feature seasonal spins. Hearty breakfast burritos, chilaquiles, croque madams and biscuits & poblano sausage gravy are popular, too. There’s something for all ages, including hot cocoa, fresh juices, pastries, and traditional egg dishes. They serve brunch all day, so you can also order street tacos, sandwiches, or salads if it’s later in the day.
