Good Eats All Day Long: A 1-day Dining Guide for Driggs, Idaho

One of the most frequent compliments we hear from visitors is their surprise at the great food scene we have here in Teton Valley, Idaho. Between the towns of Driggs, Victor, and Tetonia there is something for everyone. Mexican, Thai, Italian, and even Sushi are all highly rated and run by professionals with world-class experience. 

Our local farmers provide farm-to-table ingredients that elevate each restaurant’s offerings. Local breweries for beer, hard ciders, wines, whisky, vodka, and even mead give you ample choices for cocktails, and our chefs bring national experience to our local tables that satisfy all.  With so many options, it can be hard to narrow down where to go for the best dining experience, so we put together a 1-day guide to dining in Driggs to help get you started. 

Breakfast at Provisions Local Kitchen 

Provisions in Driggs opens early for breakfast every morning at 7 a.m. so if you want to get an early start, you’re all set! They are open until 3 p.m. in the afternoon and serve breakfast and lunch. Inside is cozy, relaxed seating with several rooms and during warm weather they have a flower-filled patio out back. 

Delicious American and Mexican-style meals at a great price are their specialty and no matter what you’re craving, they can deliver. Local favorites for breakfast include platter-sized pancakes, chilaquiles, custom omelets, French toast, Eggs Benedict, and more. Gluten-free options are available, and if you are eating later and in the mood for more lunch-type items you can’t go wrong with their fish tacos or bison burgers. 

Provisions is located at 95 S. Main St. in Driggs, right across from the Post Office. There is plenty of free parking on the street and in a side lot. You can read their full breakfast and lunch menus at provisionskitchen.net.

Lunch at Figgie's Deli

Life in Teton Valley is very on-the-go, which makes finding a lunch spot that offers both in-house seating and great to-go options a must. Figgie’s Deli fits the bill perfectly! Open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Saturday, Figgie’s offers a menu filled with signature sandwiches, sandwiches, soups, and salads that have become a local favorite since they opened in 2022. 

While you can order a custom-made sandwich that fits your cravings, their signature sandwiches are also very popular including The Stallion, The RoBear, The FauxBear, and the Banh Figgie. Kids’ meals are available, chips are made fresh in-house, and their cookies-of-the-day always sell out. Gluten-free options are also available. 

Figgie’s is located at 528 Valley Centre Dr., at the north end of Driggs, right across from the Teton County Fairgrounds. There is plenty of free parking in their parking lot. You can read more and see their menu at figgiesdeli.com.

Dinner and Nightlife at Forage Bistro Warbirds Lounge

Forage Bistro at Warbirds Lounge, located in the Driggs Airport, offers a place for everyone, from families traveling with children, large groups, or small parties looking for great food, amazing views, and always something new when it comes to nightlife and entertainment. 

Fine dining and cocktails are on the menu, their happy hour includes drink and menu specials, and in warm weather you can also sit outside on the terrace where you will have panoramic views of the Teton mountain range while watching private planes arrive and depart. Another fun feature of eating at Forage Bistro is the adjacent free Warbirds Airplane Museum. Inside you’ll see a collection of vintage planes and local information that will interest all ages.

The chef at Forage Bistro takes farm-to-table seriously and most of their dishes feature local produce and products such as beef from Victor’s Crowfoot Ranch, lamb from Siddoway Ranch, artisan bread from 460 of Driggs, mushrooms from Morning Dew in Tetonia, hard cider from High Point, Winter Winds cheeses, and roots from Sweet Hallow Farms.

Live music and special events are also a regular feature at Forage Bistro, so be sure to follow their social media or check the website ahead of time to find out what’s happening when you’re planning your visit. 

Forage Bistro at Warbirds Lounge is located at 253 Warbirds Lane in Driggs. They are open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m. Seasonal hours can vary, so it’s always a good idea to check ahead and making reservations is highly recommended.  Details and menus can be viewed at ForageandLounge.com.
