Located in the wooded Aspen Pointe Subdivision, this three story townhome is the perfect getaway for your group. The townhouse is situated against the edge of the subdivision overlooking the Teton Creek. Deer and other woodland creatures frequently visit the area and stop by to say hello to our guests. The one car garage allows you to avoid shoveling snow in the Winter months. The back porch is a tranquil seating area including a porch swing to soak in our Summer evenings. The main floor has an open concept floor plan, large flat screen smart tv, and ample seating for relaxing and hanging out with your family and friends. Unlike many vacation rentals in today's society, the owners have splurged on satellite tv so you won't miss your sports or news. Wifi internet throughout allows you to stay connected at home. The half bathroom has a full sized washer/dryer available for guests use. The second level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a Queen and day bed, sleeping 3. There is an en-suite bathroom for this bedroom. Down the hallway, there is an additional full bathroom and 2nd bedroom with two twins and two trundle beds, sleeping 4 total. This bedroom also has an outdoor deck overlooking the creek outside. On the 3rd level loft, there is a King bed and an additional daybed. The ultimate suite includes a full sized bathroom including a jetted tub. Additionally there is a coffee corner to get you up and ready for the day! The thoughtful decor will make you feel that you are at home in the Tetons and include custom glass sinks made by the owner herself! This is truly a spectacular rental that you won't regret reserving! Located 20 minutes from Targhee Ski Resort, 45 minutes to Jackson Hole, and just a few short minutes to Driggs, ID, there is no better central location for your vacation! We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.

The house was clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall good stay. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful backyard. The check out instructions were easy to follow. Some improvements can be made to make the stay worth it, such as cleaning the carpets and fixing the shower head attachments. There was also a delay in responsiveness with our host, but they were gracious and kind. One thing to note.. Be wary of grilling! We grilled and did not move the grill away from where it was located, right next to a window. We believe the heat from the grill caused the window to crack. We messaged the host, called, and left a voicemail to notify them. We did not receive a response until after check out, so that was not ideal. Do not let that deter you from enjoying this property. It comfortably houses large families, and has some great qualities.

Stayed with our family and a couple friends for a ski weekend. The house fit our group of 10 perfectly. It is very spacious. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals for our group. The house was just as pictured and described in the listing. The location is great for trips to Targhee. Wonderful house. Hosts were great to work with.
We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed with great access to ski Grand Targhee and super close to downtown Driggs for dinner, groceries, etc. We hope to be back! Everything was as pictured and described.

We stayed at Teton Valley Property for New Year's vacation and we had a great experience. The house was tidy, clean and it has excellent natural light. We were provided with full instructions to follow about the house and checkout process. The neighborhood is very nice and quite. The living room is spacious and has a very nice view. The bedrooms are nice and the master bedroom is on the third floor. The house was great overall, it was what we expected and described. We would definitely recommend it

Excellent townhouse in a beautiful setting! The home is very clean and comfortable. The windows are big and let in plenty of sun. The neighborhood is great, especially for walks. The rental company is responsive and professional. The furnishing are beautiful. We would definitely stay again. One note--the master bedroom is by itself on the third floor and does not have a door, so you can hear the TV and conversation from the main floor. For us it was just fine.
Wonderful large home for a really large group. Everything was just like it advertised. The small town of Driggs that it was located in was wonderful and affordable. Lots of great shops and restaurants.
Loved the place! We enjoyed hiking the Teton Creek behind the house and grilling on the porch.

Very quiet and spacious. Comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed. We didn’t know it backed to a river, but that was a pleasant surprise. Will be back when we visit the Tetons again.
Far exceeded our expectations! The river behind the house was medicine for the soul. The amenities were bountiful; clearly investing in modern touches. Comfortable lounging to read, play games, watch movies. Highly recommend!
