The photos do not show the current new home next door. We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.
