There is a $500 fine if any guests smoke inside. Pets are not allowed. There is a $500 fine if any guests bring a pet inside. Please note, this rule is due to one of our family members’ severe pet allergies, so any dander on the furniture would cause major issues for us. We have contracted with a snow plowing company in the winter, but there is a snow shovel in the garage for your use as needed. Please notify us of any issues or breaks so that we can repair them for you or for the next guest. My husband and I had a wonderful time! The house was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything we needed plus some! One thing I will point out is that the hot tub is somewhat close to the road but it’s not very busy! It’s about an hour from Jackson Hole but there are plenty of cute shops to stop at in between! Would definitely stay again!
Only complaint was that it was a little close to a main road and neighbors.
Great home that was well stocked with lots of nice appliances in the kitchen. Would have loved A/C since we stayed in the summer but I understand most homes do not have air conditioning in this area.

We had a great time staying here! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The grill was a big bonus as well!
Conveniently located with quick access to Targhee and Driggs. Home was very comfortable for our party of four (could have easily accommodated 10-12). Super clean!

Besides treacherous roads on the way to Driggs everything was great. The house had plenty of beds and space to hang out for two families of five. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast and dinner everyday. We were able to be soaking in the hot tub 20 minutes from leaving the mountain. And at -18 degrees we all appreciated fitting two cars in the garage. The host was accommodating and took great care of the house. We were set up to watch some playoff football games and really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We arrived to a welcome basket filled with treats and all the information you could need about local restaurants, spas, even personal chef recommendations. We would absolutely rent this home again next time we are visiting Grabd Teton.

The home was immaculate, easy to get to and large enough for a big group. Three bathrooms was perfect! The kitchen was the focal point and everything We needed. They should update the listing to say it includes sources and most cooking needs, But other than that, it was perfection!

The house is beautiful! It has everything you need for families to stay. The kitchen and supplies were just what we needed. The appliances are top of the line. Had an issue with water/ice maker and Teton Valley took care of it right away. The gas stove is top of the line, just had an issue with one igniter which I am sure can be fixed quickly. A couple things to know if plan on staying there...if going during a hot summer, house does get quite warm and takes quite some time to cool down with fans. We had windows open, but it is pretty close to a well traveled road, so didn't feel comfortable with windows open wide all night long. I am sure in cooler weather this isn't an issue at all! Needs a few board games or fooseball table?, etc for families who have traveled without or have flown into area. Also, nothing to do with lovely house but if you plan to do activities over the mountain in Jackson area, please know that the mountain has a lot of traffic and it eats up time in travel.

This was a perfect home for two families to stay for a week. It was well equipped!
Yard little trash up / toilets wouldn’t flush sometimes/ no chairs to sit in outside so you oh could see the mtn views ! Over all grate stay !
