We would love to welcome you to the Backwater Retreat, a fully equipped 3-bedroom townhome in Driggs, ID. It is the perfect home base for your Teton Valley adventure, featuring an open layout, a full kitchen, an attached garage, and easy access to the Grand Targhee shuttle. The spacious main floor features vaulted ceilings, a cozy living room with a propane fireplace and smart TV, a dining area, a half-bath, and a full-sized washer and dryer. You can also enjoy the fresh mountain air and summer BBQs from the back deck. The upper levels offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group with two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor and a spacious third bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom in the third floor loft. You will have private access to the entire townhome, including the back deck and the one-car attached garage. We offer a seamless self-check-in process to respect your privacy, but we are always available via phone or the app if you need anything. Please note that while the home does not have A/C, the cool mountain evenings keep the space comfortable. For your planning flexibility, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before your stay, and a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance. Great experience very good house. This house did not have AC. We did not know that until we arrived. Fortunately, the weather turned cooler.
This house was amazing for our group we had for the week! Very spacious, had all the kitchen essentials, and having access to the garage was huge. We spent the weekend riding bikes at Grand Targhee Resort so this house was in the perfect location. Only 20 minutes to the resort and just 5 minutes to the restaurants/grocery stores in town.

The house was everything we expected and the pictures are accurate. Having coffee and laundry soaps were a nice perk ;). Driggs did not disappoint and we would definitely recommend to friends.
Loved the spacious bedrooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The shuttle stop is basically right outside the door which was a great option to get to Targhee. The condo is 5-ish minutes from the town of Driggs, convenient restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Great stay, exactly what we needed!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very clean — plenty of room for our group of six. It was the perfect home away from home for exploring Grand Teton (about an hour away) and Yellowstone (about two hours away), with beautiful, scenic drives to both. The nearby grocery store (under 10 minutes away) had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The place was great! The only 2 things I would have wanted to know ahead of time was that there is no A/C and the pull out couch bed is really, really thin so maybe a child wouldn’t mind it. As far as A/C, coming from the southeast where you must have A/C in the summer it threw us off the first day but once we figured out to open windows at sundown and close all blinds during the day we were ok!
Our group had a wonderful stay in Driggs. The weather was beautiful and hot, so being from Florida, we missed the AC... but it cooled down at night and made it easier to sleep in those comfy beds. The area is absolutely gorgeous and we had a great time visiting all the sights, walking the trails in the Tetons, and floating on the Snake River. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation and straying at our condo in Driggs made it much more affordable for our group.

A home away from home. 6 of us and a kid stayed for 4 days and visited yellowstone and grand teton. It was really good. Home has everything that you would need and its peaceful and perfect home away from home.
