Grand Teton Painted Pony (GTPP) is a brand new (2023) home with an uncompromised full four peak view of the Tetons. The home has the finest in luxury furnishings in a mountain lodge setting. You’ll truly feel like you’re in the mountains! GTPP boasts a 4,000 square foot accommodation including (4) bedrooms that can accommodate up to (10) guests. The house features a great room which is the centerpiece of the home, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a magnificent wood burning fireplace, and extraordinary chandeliers. The perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains or skiing at Grand Targhee Resort. There is also a one of a kind bar area for mixing your favorite libations. The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the South Leigh Creek Ranch subdivision - right in the heart of the 4-Peak Teton view corridor. We’re adjacent to the Earthfire Institute which is a 160 acre wildlife rehabilitation facility where you will see and hear various wildlife (see photos). The location also looks directly at Grand Targhee Ski Resort and is located just 5 miles north from downtown Driggs. You can access ski hill road quickly via a back road shortcut to Grand Targhee in minutes. The Hot Tub is conveniently located on the deck space and covered by the roofline and not exposed to the elements like other properties. Also included in the backyard is a propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs for summertime enjoyment. On top of the uncompromised views from both sides of the house, you have both the Teton and Big Hole mountain ranges. GTPP is also located in one of the sunniest spots in the north end of the Teton Valley and doesn’t get as much rain in summer or snow in winter. Sunrises and sunsets are magnificent from this location (see photos). If you’re looking for peace & quiet, you’ve found the right place. You do not hear any of the road noise of route 33 or the traffic of Driggs. This is in Tetonia - the quiet end of the valley. Great place to stay on the peaceful side of the Tetons. Beautiful views of Grand Teton. Short drive to Driggs which had everything we needed. For us, we were close to our son who lives there. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
Very nice location with beautiful views. The instructions were very clear. Included parking in the garage. About an hour drive from Grand Teton NP through the Teton Pass. Only design flaw is you can’t open the dishwasher fully. The loft is on well water. The closest town is about 10 minutes away with a nice grocery store and multiple restaurants. Be aware of avalanche and winter season if you’re playing to stay here to go to Grand Tetons because they do shut down the Teton Pass.

The apartment is new, charming, simultaneously airy and cozy, and spotlessly clean. The view of the Tetons from the windows is breathtaking. We used it as a base to explore Grand Teton National Park and even made it to Yellowstone. We had an incredible stay!
Waze will actually take you to the exact location, but colors for numbers on the home match the exterior color so it may be difficult at night .
