Guests will have sole and private access to the entire main house and all its amenities during their stay. This includes: All indoor living areas, including 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The upstairs loft with the pool table. The attached private garage. Multiple outdoor decks. The private outdoor hot tub. Pet friendly! Please note: The property manager resides in a separate, non-rentable lock-out suite located above the garage. This suite has its own private outdoor entrance and is connected to the main house only by a stairwell with a locked door, ensuring your complete privacy throughout your stay. We respect our guests' privacy. While the property manager lives on-site in a completely separate suite with a private entrance, there will be minimal interaction. We are available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time. We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a full refund of bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the reservation. Bookings canceled at least 7 days of the stay will receive a 50% refund. For stays of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10.
